PJSC Rosseti and Credit Bank of Moscow (MCB) have signed an agreement on strategic cooperation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Andrey Murov, First Deputy Director General - Executive Director of PJSC Rosseti, and Vladimir Chubar, Chairman of MCB's Management Board.
The parties intend to join efforts to expand mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas related to providing financing for operational and investment operations of Rosseti Group, and introduction of modern technologies for financial resources management to improve the efficiency of the company.
Rosseti is working towards strengthening its partnership with Russian financial institutions. That is important both for the company's business of supplying electricity to consumers in 80 regions of the country, and for the development of innovative financial infrastructure. Our agreement provides for the development of a wide range of areas, including the use of the state-of-art financial technologies and digital solutions," Andrey Murov said.
Rosseti is one of the world's largest energy companies. For the bank, this agreement means not only an intention to provide financing for a large corporate client, but also an opportunity to aid in the implementation of the social component," Vladimir Chubar commented.
