Born in 1970.

Education

In 1993, Andrey Murov graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Saint Petersburg State University.

In 1998, he received professional retraining in Financial Management from the Interbranch Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Executive Personnel.

In 2009, he graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.

Doctor of Science (Economics).

Professional background

From 1993 to 1996, he worked in the Saint Petersburg City Bar Association.

From 1996 to 2000, he was the Deputy Director General of ICN October.

From 2000 to 2004, he worked in telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries.

From 2004 to 2005, he was the First Deputy Director General of Pulkovo Federal State Unitary Aviation Enterprise.

From 2005 to 2007, he was the Director of Pulkovo Airport Federal State Unitary Enterprise.

From 2007 to 2012, he worked as the Director General of Pulkovo Airport.

From January 2012 to June 2012, he was the Deputy Director General of IDGC Holding.

From July 2012 to June 2013, he was the Executive Director of ROSSETI.

In July 2012, he was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES.

In September 2012, he was elected to the Management Board of FGC UES.

From October 2012 to November 2013, he was a member of the Management Board of ROSSETI.

From November 11, 2013, to May 15, 2020, he was the Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES.

From April 24, 2020, he is the First Deputy Director General and Executive Director of ROSSETI.

On May 29, 2020, he was elected to the Management Board of ROSSETI.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors:

- FGC UES;

- Inter RAO;

- SO UPS.

He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FGC UES.

He is also the Chairman of the Russian National Committee of the Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE).

Andrey Murov is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

No stake/ordinary shares held in the authorized capital of ROSSETI or SDCs[1] of ROSSETI.

No family relations with other individual members of ROSSETI’s management bodies or bodies exercising control of ROSSETI’s financial and economic activities.
