The company has taken in trust management the integrated power grid of the Novosibirsk region (JSC "Regional power grids " and JSC "Electric power line").

Director General of PJSC ROSSETI Pavel Livinskiy and representative of shareholders Nikolai Stepanov in the presence of Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Vitaly Korolev and Ad Interim of Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Travnikov signed an agreement on the transfer to trustee of PJSC ROSSETI Regional Electric Networks ("RES") and JSC Electromagistral, key grid enterprises in the Novosibirsk region - one of the four entities of the country (within the framework of unified energy system), where up until that time ROSSETI were not represented by the subsidiary company.

Commenting on the agreement, Pavel Livinskiy noted, that ROSSETI, being a system-forming company in the management of state electric grid assets, consistently implements the Strategy for the development of the power grid complex. 

"All entities of the Siberian Federal District, with the exception of the Novosibirsk and Irkutsk regions, are located in the ROSSETI service area. 

At this stage, we consolidated network assets of the Novosibirsk region on the basis of IDGC "Siberia". This is a big deal. As a result of the discussion Pavel Livinskiy said: Unity of the network will allow introducing best management practices, including unifying approaches to technical policy to improve the reliability of energy supply in the region". 

"Today we are present at the signing of the agreement, which is another important step in the implementation of the Russian President's decree on the consolidation of the power grid complex. I believe that this will contribute to improving the reliability and manageability of electricity supply, will allow to perform of balanced tariff policy in the Novosibirsk region in the interests of consumers, "- Vitaly Korolev, Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation said.

"The agreement has special significance for the residents of Novosibirsk. Undoubtedly, the arrival in our region of IDGC of Siberia, which is part of ROSSETI federal holding, will contribute to a more rapid upgrade of the fleet of equipment, to increase of reliability of power supply of the population, creation of new capacities. Ad interim Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrey Travnikov said: I am confident that this will have a positive impact on the investment attractiveness of the region. And, of course, this is a very important step towards consolidating the region's electric grid complex. I am sure that in the near future we will be able to unite all the grid assets of the entity on the basis of ROSSETI in the person of IDGC of Siberia".
