Today, June 2, 2017, Federal Test Center (FTC) and Electroapparat have signed an agreement on cooperation within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Director General of FTC Alexander Duzhinov and Director General of Electroapparat Aleksey Gritzaev.
The document foresees the organization of scientific and technical cooperation in the field of innovative technologies and science-driven electrotechnical products development, implementation and testing for the fuel and energy complex objects.
The Parties intend to cooperate in carrying out of electrotechnical products tests, methods and procedures of testing, R&D implementation in electrical power sector.
The companies will take part in the integrated development of the «Beloostrov» industrial area (Kurortniy district, St. Petersburg) considering planned localization of scientific and production facilities.
Electroapparat was founded in 1913 due to the merge of RJSC «Scuckert & Co» and JSC «Siemens & Halske». JVC VO «Electroapparat», located in the Northwest of Russia, is the largest traditional manufacturer of the high-voltage equipment for the energy complex objects such as water power plants, large metallurgic and oil-refining enterprises.
