After having optimized procurement procedures, the consolidated economic effect on the Rosseti group in 2014 was 36.1 billion roubles, or 8.8% of the procurement amount.

Rosseti is consistently increasing the efficacy and transparency of its purchasing procedures, organizing meetings of the company's Advisory Agency, with participation of representatives from various social organizations, in charge of, among other things, issues of purchasing from government companies, holding consultations with interested parties, including small and medium-sized businesses.
Cooperation with small and medium-sized entities is in a particular focus. In 2014 the percentage of procurements by the Rosseti Group of Companies from representatives of small and medium businesses tentatively amounted to 24.1% of the total volume of purchasing procedures (in 2013, given indicators amounted to 19%). The total amount of contracts, negotiated by Rosseti with subjects from SMB in 2014 exceeded 43 billion roubles.
As a result of the efforts undertaken of increased openness and efficacy of purchasing Rosseti's work in 2014 received high marks.
In particular, Expert RA, in 2014 increased the company's quality rating for management of purchasing activities to the level of RKZ 8, "High quality of managing purchasing activities." In the national rating for transparency of procurements, drafted by specialists from the "National association of participants in electronic purchasing," JSC Rosseti entered into the top three of state-owned companies and landed into the category "Guaranteed transparency."
