Unified Technical Policy

The Rosseti OJSC Statute on Unified Technical Policy in the Power Grid Complex determines the main thrusts aimed at achieving improvements in the reliability and efficiency of grid complex functioning over the short- and mid-term while ensuring appropriate industrial and environmental safety on the basis of innovative development principles guaranteeing all market participants non-discriminatory access to electric-power grids.

Technological priorities of Rosseti PJSC:

  • use of “maintenance-free,” energy-efficient equipment
  • reduction of the total ownership costs entailed in utilized equipment and technologies
  • construction of a smart energy system with an actively-adaptive grid (Smart Grid)
  • launch of “digital” power-grid elements
  • development of multiagent control technologies
  • use of “active” grid elements (FACTS, NEA, etc.)

Proposals on amending the Rosseti PJSC Statute on Unified Technical Policy in the Power Grid Complex can be sent to the Office for Innovative Technical Policy and Energy-Efficiency Improvements at the respective Rosseti PJSC Contacts.

For proposals being sent on behalf of a particular organization, they must be drawn up on the company’s official letterhead and signed by its chief executive officer.

Proposals from private individuals should be sent in the form of a letter, including contact information for return correspondence.
