Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Volga, Public Joint-Stock Company  (operates power grids of  0,4-220 kV voltage) with the control center in Saratov - dominates  on the power supply market within its service areas – 7 regions of the Volga Federal Districts of the Russian Federation: Saratov, Samara, Orenburg, Penza and Ulyanovsk, Republic of Mordovia, Chuvash Republic.

IDGC of Volga, PJSC is a natural monopoly, rates on which service are established by the following regulating boards: Federal Tariff Service (FST) and regional regulating boards (REK).

Key shareholders are - Rosseti, PJSC – 67,63%; ENERGYO SOLUTIONS RUSSIA (CYPRUS) LIMITED – 11,10%.

Service area - Republic of Mordovia, Chuvash Republic , Samara, Saratov, Orenburg, Penza and Ulyanovsk regions – 403,5 thousand square kilometers with population 12,3 million people.
