IDGC of Urals, OAO (est. in Aug. 2007) is a key grid operator, liable for energy transmission and connection of individuals and legal entities to the networks of the Sverdlovsk region (194.3 thous. sq. km; over 4.0 million inhabitants), Chelyabinsk region (88.5 thous. sq.m.; over 3.5 million inhabitants) and Perm region (160.0 thous. sq.m.; over 2.5 million inhabitants). Company’s common shares are listed at MICEX stock exchange (1 Level Quotation List).

Company’s market share (in terms of GRR) as of 31.12.2015 is 81%.

Shareholder structure:
The controlling stake of 51.52% is owned by Russian Grids (PAO). Another large block of stock (41.58%) is managed by National Settlement Depositary (NKO ZAO). Other stockholders own 6.9% of the capital.
